Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 August 2026
IzanVite provides digital invitations for private events such as weddings. A host creates an invitation, adds their own guest list, and sends each guest a personal link. This policy explains what information is involved, who controls it, and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible for your information
The host — the family or person running the event — chooses which guests to invite and supplies their names and phone numbers from their own contacts. IzanVite stores and processes that information on the host's behalf so their invitation can be delivered and their replies collected. If you were invited to an event, the host is the person who holds your details; IzanVite is the service they use.
What we store
- Guest details supplied by the host: name, phone number, and which celebrations they are invited to.
- Your reply: whether you are attending, how many people are coming, and any message you choose to add.
- Basic delivery and viewing information: whether an invitation link was opened, and whether a message was delivered — used to show the host who still needs a reply.
- Host account details: name, email, and login credentials for the people who manage an invitation.
We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share guest lists between hosts or with anyone else.
WhatsApp messages
Invitations and reminders may be sent over WhatsApp, either from the host's own phone or through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages are only ever sent about an event you were invited to, by a host who already had your number. We do not send marketing messages, and we do not add anyone to a distribution list.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to the conversation, block the sender in WhatsApp, or ask the host directly to remove you. Any of these will end the messages.
How long it is kept
Guest details and replies are kept for as long as the host's event remains in their account, so they can refer back to who attended. Detailed viewing records are pruned automatically after about 90 days once an event has finished. A host can delete an event at any time, which deletes its guest list and replies.
Removing your information
The fastest route is to ask the host who invited you — they can remove you from their guest list immediately. You can also contact us at the address below and we will remove your details from the relevant event and confirm once it is done.
Security
Information is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit. Each guest's invitation link contains a private token; anyone holding that link can view that invitation, so treat it as personal. Access to a host's dashboard requires a login.
Children
IzanVite is used by adults organising events. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. A guest list may include family members of any age because the host chose to include them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting how guest information is handled will be reflected here before they take effect.
Contact
IzanVite is a brand of Century Fasteners LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates, which operates this platform and is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
