Who provides this service

IzanVite is a brand of Century Fasteners LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, which operates this website and the IzanVite platform. References to “we” or “us” in these terms mean Century Fasteners LLC trading as IzanVite.

What IzanVite does

IzanVite provides digital invitations for private events. A host creates an invitation, adds their own guest list, sends each guest a personal link, and collects replies. We provide the platform; the host decides who is invited and what is sent to them.

Your account

Hosts are responsible for keeping their sign-in details private and for everything done through their account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Guest lists and messaging

A host may only add guests they have a genuine reason to contact about their event, using contact details they already hold. Hosts must not use IzanVite to send unsolicited marketing, and must honour any request from a guest to stop being contacted.

Where a host sends messages from their own WhatsApp number — including through the optional device Shortcut — those messages are sent by the host from their own account, not by us. The host is responsible for how they use their own number and for complying with WhatsApp's terms. We pace and limit these sends to reduce risk, but we cannot guarantee the outcome and are not responsible if WhatsApp restricts a host's number.

Payment

Paid features are described before purchase. Charges for messages sent through official WhatsApp Business channels are set by Meta and passed on as incurred.

Availability

We aim to keep IzanVite available and invitations reachable around an event, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and will avoid doing so in a way that breaks invitations for events already in progress.

Content

Hosts keep ownership of the wording, photographs and details they put into an invitation, and grant us permission to store and display that content for the purpose of delivering it to their guests. Designs, themes and the platform itself remain ours.

Ending your use

A host may ask us to close their account and remove their event at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to send unsolicited messages or that puts other users at risk.

Liability

IzanVite is a tool for sending invitations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
